MYSTERY PLAY Assignment 2

My aim of the building is that I have decided to reshape the design from preview in to something that grows out more as family. Also my aim from this building is that this building grows like a family expanse and grows slowly as each person steps in. Each area of the building has its own responsibility to the building where the father and mother and child has each got their own different minds and thinking which leads me to design this house for them. 

The site that has been chosen is North Adelaide which is just on the Grand Junction Road.

The area is a located on the main road on  grand junction road where there are parks for children to go and also schools are close my the area. The climate around the area is cool not much rain fall. I building my building which is facing to the mail road, which it gets great view from the top. 

The first floor plan demonstrates that there are car parking inside the building which is easy access to the main entrance. The main door lead to stairs then bathroom after the living room. I have decided to make the kitchen at the back to building as it is big family and dinning area needs bigger space. This family will always have party around the kitchen area with the back yard which is located behind. They will always have BBQ every week and gardening for the selling of  lily flower. 

The second floor of the building is more of a private area for the family as there area only bed rooms and study rooms with in that floor there area windows above the corridor for the sun lighting to come inside during daytime. Also the corridor leads to balcony which views from the south west of the building.

Material wise: Black roof tiles with timber walls around the building

Interior: carpets.

Outdoor area: stones

This section demonstrates more of detail of interior as its views from the south of the building where its in the main road.

  

This section also demonstrates the west side of the building where its views the kitchen and bed room areas.

The south elevation has more windows as it views the main street as the main door is also at the front of the building for easy access. The balcony also view from the top east. 

The back yard of the build is very big for the family to entertain. The living room also views side of the garden. But the most view is from the kitchen and dinning room to keep an eyes for the children.

the family house

One morning Mike was living alone and decided to go to café for morning breakfast. He meets marvelous Maria in cliché based café in the heart of Cleveland, where she spend most her day time making money serving customers wonderful chai latte. He continually spend time with Maria in the café and in time he fell deeply in love with her and decided to wrap the relationship together by tying the knot, proposing that he had planed.

Time proceeded and Maria where three months pregnant. Mike was excited and looking forward to his journey. He ran to Bunning Wear House to purchase paint to paint the storage room in his house for the future offspring. He spends most of September passionately painting, when one day the sun’s rays dimmed thought the window. He retrieved his torch to future continue his task, which revolved around the colour pink and green. His one and only dream was to finish his degree in forensic investigators, as it was his final year to go.

Baby Gracie came into this world, and the couple was happy as ever they can be. On the way back from the hospital, their car crashed on the busy highway. Mike was lost that day.

Days went by and Maria was depressed. She was cleaning one day and found something unusual, his diary. She opened it up to hidden secrets she had never even doubled. Maria sooner read his diary filled with future dreams. She had access to his whole life, the journal he walked but not the diary. All their dreams were fulfilled by Maria thought time.

In his diary what possessed Mike to take on his dream of starting a family and loving his wife was the love and aspiration he had for his garden. He grew flowers seeds and watered them every single day. His particular favorite flower was the lily flower. Every day he would take snap shots of his marvelous garden and frame them on his wall, his wife had no idea why. The time he spent in his garden was very important to him. It was a time of medication and reflection. His garden was part of his family he thought that they gave him a life though his journey. Every night before he went to bed he wrote in his diary, which consisted of personal feelings emotions. He never really let anyone read his dairy as he kept it hidden in his under closet.

Years went by and Maria had the diary in her mind but never asked about all of the emotions, as she wanted to keep Gracie safe from grief. As Gracie hit the age of 16, Maria decided to give mike’s diary as a  birthday gift.

Maria sooner aged and Gracie took over his dreams. She took her gift and explored them many stone beneath her father eyes and the many feeling and emotions he kept within himself.

Gracie sooner established her own florist near home for every dream she thought that a life is fulfilled.

 

project 1A

        This card called 1A model. As this card explains the design aspect of the model which has tower part of outdoor and indoor function as its blocked 1 part of the building for safety areas. I  decided to design the chimney mirror in the outdoor area, as it explains about clients families responsibilities behind that mirror. The chimney has be build just outside of the living room to show that there is a worminess n comfort in family.  The family house have been designed  in sketch up as it demonstrates the materials that I have used for building that client comfort with.

        There are only 1 level of the building as a client got two kids . The concept of this design has a L shape which means welcoming person  like as opening  their hand to shake their hand.

 Project 2A

        I designed this card Model  2A in  sketch program as I designed my idea in the sketch up as  its simple to use also better understand of this model. How ever the model in A1 is different design from this design A2 model.

        The concept of this card model are starting with family concept and also with the shape of the building which means like an L shape which is open like hand and welcomes people.

        The building explains the family concepts of living as a family. Such as….

• Father – has high point of the house, high roofing that shows responsibility where…

•  Mother has responsibly of the father and child as the space and the shape explains about the client which is more wider which has more responsibility. Where…

• Child needs spacing to explore, comfort and needs.

       This building brings lightness to the building also to my client life.
